ACCOGLIENZA, CAMPEGGIO LIBERO, BICI IN PRESTITO ED ALTRE SISTEMAZIONI:

Quale che sia la vostra scelta o i vostri bisogni, non dimenticate di farcelo sapere a ciemmona17ba@autistici.org. Queste sono le opzioni:

Casa Ciemmona 2017 è all’Ex Caserma Liberata (via Giulio Petroni 8/c)

CAMPEGGIO: Per l’occasione abbiamo liberato spazio sufficiente a campeggiare 50 tende, altri (tanti) posti liberi si trovano in grandi camerate (circa 20 posti per stanza, senza letto) al secondo piano dell’Ex Caserma, consigliati materassino ed eventualmente sacco a pelo. Chiediamo a chi vuole campeggiare in tenda di dare la priorità a chi la riempie o di condividerla con un amico: se sei da solo in tenda cedi il tuo posto a chi la riempie tutta! Altro spazio campeggiabile potrebbe essere sbloccato nei prossimi giorni, tenetevi aggiornati su questa pagina! In ogni caso venite, con o senza tenda ci sarà spazio per tutti!
Per coloro che vogliono partecipare attivamente alla costruzione della tre giorni, lo spazio campeggiabile sarà disponibile durante tutta la settimana della ciemmona, nel frattempo ringraziamo chi ha già deciso di venire prima per darci una mano:)

OSPITALITÁ DIFFUSA: Per chi ha bisogni particolari e necessita di una sistemazione un po’ meno spartana è attiva una rete di ospitalità diffusa, i tempi di risposta sono un po’ lunghi ma appena possibile vi assegneremo una casa e un ospite.

CAMPER/FURGONI: Ci dispiace, ma a casa Ciemmona non abbiamo ingressi per camper e furgoni:( A Torre Quetta potete trovare un’area attrezzata per la sosta con bagni e docce (2,50 al giorno per la sosta), altrimenti potete parcheggiare al park and ride (un euro al giorno per la sosta) e venire a campeggiare con noi!

ALBERGHI/B&B: ci dispiace, ma al momento non abbiamo strutture da consigliarvi, cogliamo l’occasione per chi è del posto di segnalarci alloggi economici o amici/amiche che affittano il proprio appartamento.

BICICLETTE IN PRESTITO: Ne abbiamo! Fateci sapere quante ve ne servono e ovviamente, portate tutte quelle che potete. Ricordate di portare una catena e di prendervene cura, molte delle bici che verranno prestate appartengono a persone vere con dei sentimenti, e sarebbero molto tristi se perdessero le proprie bici.

Here are the options:

Ciemmona’s house for 2017 is at the Ex Caserma Liberata (via Giulio Petroni 8/c)

FREE CAMPING: for the occasion we’ve freed sufficient space for 50 tents, other (lots of) space will be available for people with no tent in big rooms at the second floor of the Ex Caserma (every room contains circa 20 people, no beds), camping mat and sleeping bag recommended. We ask lonely campers to give priority to people who will use full space of their tents or to share with a friend their own! Other space for tents will be probably available soon, so check out this page again in a few days. Tent or not, just come! There will be space for everybody!
For everybody who wants to have active part in the construction of the event, free camping and rooms will be available for the whole Ciemmona’s week. In the meanwhile we thank the ones theat already decided to come earlier:)

HOME OSPITALITY: For people who needs a less wild accomodation, home ospitality is active, reaction times are a little bit slow on this one, but we’ll assign you a house and a guest as soon as possible..

CAMPERS/VANS: Campers and vans can’t phisically enter in the Ex Caserma, sorry about that:( You can stay in Torre Quetta trailer park with bathrooms and showers available (2,50euros per day) or you can park your van in the park and ride, very near to the caserma (1euro per day) and come camp with us!

HOTELS/B&B: sorry, we don’t have receptive structures to suggest at the moment, this is an opportunity for people who have suggestions or friends renting apartments to step up! Let us know.

BICYCLES TO BORROW: we have those! Let us know how many you need and of course, bring all the bikes you can carry with you. Remember to bring a lock and to take care for the borrowed bikes, some of the bicycles to borrow belong to real people with real feelings that will be very sad to loose a bike.
